Plunkett Hill Condominiums
4 Edmunds Street, Adams, Massachusetts

This historic property, the former Plunkett Hospital, located on a prominent hill in the center of Adams, Massachusetts, has been converted into 16 one and two bedroom condominiums. There are presently three units remaining for sale in the development.

The one and two bedroom apartments range in size from 1300 to 2700 square feet and sell from the $160's to $290's on a pre-construction basis. Each unit has a unique floorplan. Each unit has a one car garage either attached or detached from the main building.

Redevelopment of the Newberry Block
Main Street, North Adams, MA

Scarafoni Associates is the owner, developer, and general contractor of this downtown redevelopment project which involves the demolition of a large part of the former Newberry Department Store and renovation of the remaining and original building on Main Street which was constructed around 1868 by the Gatslick family. This historic Property has been renovated into one retail space on the ground floor and two spectacular loft style condominiums on the second floor. Both units have been sold and occupied.

Hoosac Bank has constructed a Drive-Thru and parking area on the rear section of the property.

Kimbell Building
85 Main Street, North Adams, MA
The entire rear facade of the Kimbell Building was completely rebuilt and modernized. Demolition of th rear elevation began in the fall of 2001. The entire rear elevation was removed in preparation for a new rear entrance design and the removal of one section for the addition of six parking spaces.

Pine Ridge Village

Pine Ridge Village is the first condominium project in the City of North Adams. It has been developed, designed, and built by Scarafoni Associates. There are presently 12 units in the complex with development permits for 4 more units.

Hemlock Brook Park Condominiums
Williamstown, MA 1997

In 1996 Scarafoni Associates purchased 10 unfinished condominiums at this development in Williamstown. All 10 units were sold and custom built by Scarafoni Associates within 12 months. These units have appreciated substantially for the owners of these very desirable 2 and 3 bedroom units.
